Do you bring a new tire?
We swap your spare onto the vehicle. If you don’t have a spare or your spare is unusable, we’ll help arrange a tow to the nearest tire shop.
Can you change a tire on the highway shoulder?
Yes. Our techs are equipped with cones and safety lighting. If your position is truly unsafe, we may recommend a tow to a nearby lot instead — your safety comes first.
How long does it take?
Most tire changes are done in 15–25 minutes on scene, depending on lug configuration and jack access.
What about a locked spare or wheel lock?
If you have the wheel-lock key, we’ll handle it. If it’s missing, we’ll do our best but may need to arrange a tow to a shop that can remove it.
